Earning TAB
01. Step 1 - Login to the platform
02. Step 2 - Click Earning from your left side Menu Tab to view the earning TAB.
This Tab Will contain
- Month to End Earnings
- Quarter of the year Earning
- Year to End Earning
- Future Earning
- External and Internal Proposal total earning.
03. Step 3 - Click "View More" to review your "Top Earning Clients" , "Highest proposal Generated" & "Top Brand Performance"
Sales TAB
01. Step 1 - Click Earning from your left side Menu Tab to view the Sales TAB.
This Tab Will contain
- Approved Proposal
- Reject Proposal
- Number of Brands
- Pending Proposal
- Total Sales
02. Step 2 - Click "View More" to review your "Top Performer of the month" & "Sales Team Performance"
Campaign TAB
01. Step 1 - Click Earning from your left side Menu Tab to view the Campaign TAB.
This Tab Will contain
- Draft Proposal
- Booking Confirmed Proposal
- Generated Proposal
- Live Performance
02. Click "View all campaign" to review all the campaign in stage variation.
Inventory TAB
01.Step 1 - Click Earning from your left side Menu Tab to view the Campaign TAB.
This Tab Will contain
- Top Earning Classic, Digital & Network
- External Proposals
02. Step 2 - Click "View all billboard" to review all the Inventory earning based on the billboard type in a higher to lower value.
SSP - LMX Audiences Review
01. Step 1 - From Dashboard > Click “ Audience" Tab on the left side Menu to Access the Audience Data Page.
This Tab will give you Access to all the data status and Live review to Billboard Data set by ..
A. Reach
B. TIME OF THE DAY - What is the audience at different time of the day.
C. OVERVIEW BY THE DAY - How is billboard performing on different days.
D. HOURLY PERFORMANCE - What is the audience at different hours of the day.
E. AUDIENCE SEGMENT - To what audience is my billboard reaching out the most.
Traditional Tab
01. Step 1 - Login to the platform
02. Step 2 - Click Traditional from the left-hand menu tab to view the Traditional tab.
This Tab Will contain
- Month to Date (MTD)
- Quarter of Date(QT)
- Year to Date(YTD)
- Sales Performance
- Proposal Overview
- Clients and Campaign
- Inventory Earnings (For digital, Classic, and Network)
03. Step 3 - Choose Months, Media owner, and billboard type and click on “View more” to view the Top Earning client and Top Product Performance.
04. Step 4 - Sales Performance and click “View More” to view the “Top Performer” and “Sales Team Performance”.
Top Performer: The company's top-performing salesperson.
Sales Team Performance- Overall Team Performance.
05. Step 5 - Clients and Campaign: Campaign to View the Proposal Updates “Draft Proposals”,” Proposal generated”,” Booking confirmed”,” Live Campaign”.
06. Step 6 - Inventory Earnings - To view the Overall billboard earnings.
Connect Tab
01. Step 1 - Login to the platform
02. Step 2 - Click Connect from the left-hand menu tab to view the Connect tab.
This Tab Will contain
- Bidding Trends
- Impression
- Fill Rate
- Gross Revenue Trend
- Top DSPs
- Top Deals
03. Step 3 - Choose dates, deal type, deals, Currency, and Media owner and Click on apply Bidding trends, impression, fill rate, and gross revenue trend, Top DSPs will be filtered based on the filter.
Utilisation Tab
01. Step 1 - Login to the platform
02. Step 2 - Click Utilisation from the left-hand menu tab to view the Utilisation tab.
This Tab Will contain
- Highest Revenue
- Top Deals
- Available Boards
- Utilisation Review (Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly)
03. Step 3 - Highest revenue is based on the Programmatic, Online, and MAX platform deals and overall Total revenue is also calculated.
04. Step 4 - The Deals which have the highest revenue generated.
05. Step 5 - Available and Unavailable billboards is used to view the billboard performance to the MO or Sales person so that the billboard can be used in an Open auction or to create deals and campaign based on it.
Measure
Audiences Tab
01. Step 1 - Login to the platform
02. Step 2 - Click Audiences from the left-hand menu tab to view the Audiences tab.
This Tab Will contain
- Reach
- Time of the day
- Overview by day
- Hourly performance
- Audience segment
03. Step 3 - Reach is used to find the potential view, total reach average frequency, and CPM.
04. Step 4 - The time of the day is used to view the number of audiences seen through the different parts of the day .
05. Step 5 - Overview by the day is based on the days in the month.
06. Step 6 - Overview of the hourly performance of the different hours in a day.
07. Step 7 - The target audience to whom the billboard is reached.
Location Intelligence
01. Step 1 - Login to the platform
02. Step 2 - Click Location intelligence from the left-hand menu tab to view the Location inteligence tab.
03. Step 3 - Location intelligence is used to find the location of the billboards (Digital and classic).
Registry
Billboard Insights
01. Step 1 - Login to the platform
02. Step 2 - Click Billboard insights from the left-hand menu tab to view the Billboard insights tab.
03. Step 3 - The Billboard Insight page is used to view the media owner's missing inventory information, which can be indicated in the listing and report structure.
